This is the Master Plan of the garden and is a 2D scale drawing that details the overall look and feel of the design. It will give an indication of all the essential elements such as hard and soft landscaping, including pathways, walls, hedging, entertaining space and entrances to the property, garden buildings and water features, etc. All based around the Client Brief agreed at the start of the process.
The drawing will be sufficiently detailed to be used by a landscape contractor to quote and understand how the garden will need to built. Depending upon the scale of the project further detailing plans may be required for specific elements of the design.
