We offer a range of different drum experiences from a 1-hour taster session through to an introductory (3 x1-hour session) series of sessions that cover a more detailed introduction to drumming. We also offer regular coaching for those looking to unleash the hidden drummer within.

1. Drumming Taster Experience (£24)

This 1 hour taster session will give a basic introduction to drumming and students will come away:

• Feeling comfortable in front of a drum kit
• Knowing how to old drumsticks properly
• Being able to play a basic drum groove
• Play along to some songs

2. Introduction to Drumming Experience (£72)

These 3 one hour sessions will involve a one to one lesson with a drum coach and is delivered in a bespoke music studio on a Yamaha Stage Custom drum kit. During the 3 sessions the participants will (depending on ability) get hands on with the drums so that by the end of the sessions they should:

• Feel comfortable in front of a drum kit
• Hold drumsticks properly
• Be able to play a basic drum groove(s)
• Play a basic drum fill(s)
• Play along to some songs
• Develop some basic coordination around the drum kit
• Be introduced to 4 essential drum rudiments
• Have had a great experience and introduction to what is an amazingly fun, awesome musical instrument
